This 20,000 s.f. office building for Alexander Utility Engineering Company was a project that was designed but remains unbuilt at this time. The building was a two story 20,000 s.f. concrete tilt wall building on a moderately sloping two acre site. The Client requested an attractive efficient building for expansion of their Engineering Company with the intention of moving from there current 12,000 s.f. facility. Due to economic reasons the construction for the building was never started.
